The Bloomfield Inn - Guest Policies

These guidelines reflect industry standards used by boutique hotels, inns, and Airbnb-style accommodations.

1. Pet-Friendly Policy

We are happy to welcome pets at The Bloomfield Inn.

  • Guests must inform us in advance if they intend to bring a pet.

  • A pet fee applies and can be arranged in advance, online, or directly with us.

  • If a guest arrives with a pet without notifying us during the booking process, the required fee will still apply and must be paid promptly.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved, supervised, and do not disturb other guests.

2. Registered Guest & Visitor Policy

To protect the comfort, safety, and privacy of all guests staying with us:

  • Only the individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation.

  • Guests must disclose the total number of occupants at the time of booking. This must fall within the maximum occupancy limits of the reserved unit.

  • Visitors or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval from management.

  • For the well-being of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse additional visitors not listed at the time of booking.

3. No-Smoking Policy

The Bloomfield Inn maintains a strict no-smoking environment inside all buildings and guest rooms.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors or in any enclosed shared space.

  • Select units have private balconies or patios where smoking is allowed.

  • Guests must use the provided butt buckets and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

  • If a guest is found smoking in a non‑smoking area, they may receive a warning or be asked to leave the property.

  • Additional cleaning fees may be applied if indoor smoking occurs.

4. Zero-Tolerance Drug Policy

We enforce a strict no-drug-use policy on the property.

  • Any guest found using or possessing illegal drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

5. Respect for the Property & Other Guests

To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment:

  • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

  • Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially during quiet hours.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their party, or their pets.

7. Terms of Removal

The Bloomfield Inn reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any guest who:

  • Violates property policies,

  • Endangers the safety or comfort of others,

  • Causes property damage, or

  • Engages in disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behaviour.

No refunds will be issued for early removal due to policy violations.
